misi meng-kuruskan badan
1)makan nasi sekali sehari ataw xpayah nasi, ganti ngn sup or roti.
2)makan mlm (kalo perlu) seblom kul 8..sepatotnye xpayah pown (kawan2 mintak maaf kalo menghampakan korang nanti..(T_T) huhu)
3)jogging at least 5 hari seminggu selama sejam
4)pil pati halia (6 biji) seblom tdo..
5)urutan losyen mustajab lime and ginger extract.
doakan aku kawan2..
berat badan saiye dah melampaw..
owh terlupe..tdo perlu di kurangkan..
ini bukan sbb comforter..tp ia lebey dari itu..
waaaa rase nak nages bile mesin timbang kat GIANT kate aku "fat"
bab* tol mesin tuh!
aku paham bile ade sape2 yg obes rase nak pegi bunuh diri..
waaa rase nye sangat horror..
aku akan berusaha..
